If you are wanting to attend the IOM WCR in Croatia in April 2022, please complete this form. Your name will be added to a list and competitors will be chosen in November 2021 based on their Canadian IOM Ranking score and the number of spots available.

    Declaration: I understand that only 'Members in Good Standing' may attend, and hereby confirm that my dues for the period December 01, 2020 through November 30, 2021 are paid, and that I am a Member in Good Standing.
